Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any opened or used coffee products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened coffee bags or pods
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Coffee Products (Non-Refundable)

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, all coffee product sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any opened or unopened coffee bags or pods.

If your coffee order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected], and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories)

Refunds or exchanges may be available for unused merchandise only (e.g., apparel, mugs, etc.) returned in original condition and packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
